Worst staff for getting medical information. Completely inept and condescending! Glad my daughter no longer goes here!
Terrible. The woman who answer the phone is absolutely stupid with rotten attitude I don't know how she even get that job. I called 3 times and got transfer to the wrong place or left hanging for 20 minutes and I had to call back again. I explained but she rudely cut me off and transfer to the wrong department again. I couldn't get any appointment, wasted all morning for nothing and was left with a bad mood and a painful stomach.
Four of my loved one's were in a bad car accident and brought to this hospital. This place is not humane. It shouldn't be in business.
Healthy Beginnings clinic and Labor & Delivery departments are great. Wait times at clinic are pretty long but the staff is super friendly. I had my daughter in Feb 2017 at the hospital here and it was a great experience as well. The room service food was okay, but the fact I had my own recovery room for 4 days was amazing. I'll forever cherish the way the hospital staff took care of me and my daughter during her birth.
If I could give no stars at all I would but for the simple fact that that the receptionist pronounced my name correctly, the one star was earned. I made an appointment back in February to get a TB screening for work, got my reading and was told that my results would become available at a later date. Since it is now august and I am still waiting on them, I believe those results may arrive in a duffel bag toted by Jesus.
